Milana Zizakovic is one of the most decorated Calgary lacrosse products currently competing in the NCAA and a proud ELEV8 Lacrosse alumna. A dynamic 5’11” midfielder at Towson University, she has earned All-CAA honors in all four of her seasons, including First Team selections in 2023 and 2025 and Second Team honors in 2022 and 2024. Milana led Towson in points in multiple seasons, including 41 goals and 15 assists in 2023 and 43 goals and 64 points in 2025, placing her among the program’s all-time leaders in career points, goals, and assists.
On the international stage, Milana has worn the maple leaf for Canada in multiple disciplines. She was named to Canada’s Super Sixes roster, representing the Canadian women’s national sixes team at international events overseen by World Lacrosse. She was also selected to the final roster for Canada’s Women’s National Box Lacrosse Team, advancing through Lacrosse Canada’s national selection process to compete among the country’s top box athletes.
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Milana developed her game in the ELEV8 system before moving on to the NCAA Division I level, where she continues to represent Calgary and Canada on a national stage. As an ELEV8 alum and member of the ELEV8 Pro Coaching Staff for the Calgary Field Lacrosse™ season, she brings high-level playing experience, elite compete level, and a deep understanding of the modern college and international game back to young athletes in Calgary. With a quiet confidence, thoughtful approach, and steady leadership presence, Milana embodies exactly what ELEV8 is about — high standards, relentless work ethic, and a genuine commitment to growing the girls’ game in Alberta.
