ELEV8 HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING
ELEV8 HP is a one-day, application-only, high-performance training environment built exclusively for A-level box lacrosse student-athletes. This program is designed to replicate the pace, pressure, and execution demands of elite competition and is intended for student- athletes who are already established at the top level of the game.
Training is fast, demanding, and competitive. Student-student-athletes will be challenged through high-tempo drills, advanced positional work, situational play, and constant competition, with an emphasis on decision-making and execution under pressure. The environment is focused and accountable, and every student-athlete is expected to meet A-level performance standards throughout the day.
ELEV8 HP is led by ELEV8’s elite coaching staff, bringing professional and international playing experience and a proven track record of developing high-level student-athletes.
APPLICATION PROCESS

2. Eligibility Review
ELEV8 coaching staff verify current A-level playing experience.
3. Acceptance Notification
Eligible student-athletes receive an acceptance email. Placement is not guaranteed.
4. Secure Your Spot
Accepted student-athletes have 24 hours to complete payment, or their roster spot will be released.
This program trains hard and is designed to reflect the demands of elite box lacrosse. Student-athletes are expected to train at full speed, execute fundamentals consistently, and respond positively to direct coaching and accountability. Instruction assumes an established foundation and does not pause to reintroduce core skills.
ELEV8 HP is best suited for student-athletes who are comfortable operating in an A-level environment and are seeking meaningful challenge against other top-end players. To maintain the quality and integrity of the training experience, applications are reviewed and vetted.
Student-athletes who have not yet established themselves at the A level are encouraged to pursue ELEV8 PD, which focuses on building the foundation required for High Performance environments.

All student-athletes are waitlisted to verify A-Level team placement.
